How much are the complete Sales and Broker Post courses?

The complete 45-hour Sales Associate Post-Licensing course is $39 with code post91 (regularly $130). The complete 60-hour Broker Post-Licensing course is $59 with code bkpost101 (regularly $160). Do I need 45-hour Sales Post or 60-hour Broker Post?

For the first renewal of a Florida sales associate license, choose the 45-hour Sales Post course. For the first renewal of a broker or broker associate license, choose the 60-hour Broker Post course. After that first renewal, the regular education requirement is generally 14-hour continuing education. Is the FastPass final exam included?

Yes. Both Post bundles include the complete course with FastPass final exam. Read the section PDFs, listen to narrated lessons, and work through review questions at your own pace. If you already know the material, go straight to the included final exam when you're ready to test out. There are no page timers or forced lesson stops.

How is my completion reported to DBPR?

Your licensed name and license number are collected before the final exam. After you pass, completion reporting to DBPR is automated and handled within 1 business day, guaranteed. You complete and pay for your separate license renewal through MyFloridaLicense.com.
