BEFORE YOU ENROLL
Yes. Broker FastPass and Broker Exam Prep Only are the broker-specific options from Daniel Larson Training. They use Florida broker materials, practice questions, explanations, math review, and the Broker FastPass Workbook. Choose Sales Associate Exam Prep instead if you are preparing for the sales associate exam.
The $340 Broker FastPass package includes the required 72-hour Broker Course 2, the three Broker FastPass certification exams, and exam preparation. Pass the three Broker FastPass exams to complete your Course 2 certification path. The Florida state licensing exam administered through Pearson is a separate exam, and DBPR exam eligibility still applies.
Yes. The $130 Broker Exam Prep Only option is for candidates taking or already finished with Course 2 elsewhere. It includes broker exam preparation and the Broker FastPass Workbook. It does not include Course 2 or issue a Course 2 completion certificate; your licensing school handles your course completion.
Yes. The Broker FastPass Workbook is included online and as a downloadable PDF with both broker prep options on this page. A printed copy is free on request. Text or email Daniel with your name, shipping address, and course.
