New association member?

Match your course to your license.

A new membership can mean a first-time agent, an experienced agent or a transfer. Check your DBPR license stage before choosing Post.

Ask your association about its orientation, ethics, fair-housing and MLS requirements and fees. Those are separate from DBPR's licensing and Post requirements.

For example: RASM's new-member requirements.

Before you budget

Tuition is one part of the cost.
